General terms and conditions
Intervention is a service that will be charged in the case of a immediate response or. within 1 hour of receiving a call. An intervention is considered as an activity outside working hours (between 15:00 to 7:00 am).
Each intervention hour will be charged at the rate of € 70.00 per hour.
Additional system hours will be charged in case of subscribed hours within a single package. Each additional hour during normal working hours shall be charged at the rate of € 45.00 per hour.
Should the service be provided at a location other than at Alcad's business location and is further than 5 km, mileage will be charged per kilometer.
