SLOVENSKE KONJICE, November 12th 2012 – In the time of GDP lowering and decreased business activity on the domestic market, Slovene companies got a new opportunity to lower costs and increase business efficiency. At the business meeting Modre oblačne storitve companies Alcad, Genis in ZZI presented the first offer of legislation accordant e-services in a computer cloud which enables comprehensive paperless business in internal business processes as well as between business partners. Participants were presented the cloud offer of solutions and services of company Genis – e-Računi, ZZI's eHramba.si and ZZInet, Alcad's services for business decision-making and risk management and the leading infrastructure technologies for computer clouds IBM SmartCloud already in use by leading Slovene companies.

„With partnership services in computer cloud Alcloud we enabled companies, while lowering costs for computer systems, to acquire tested information solutions on the most modern technologies and introduce the best business practices,“ Branko Hmelak, the director of Alcad, said.

Cloud services available in Alcloud enable Slovene companies while the income from sales lowers to create new savings in the purchasing process and directly lower business costs. „Solutions for e-services from Alcloud enable companies to make a big step toward operations improvement through comprehensive electronic process performance enabling optimization, standardization and automation of procedures,“ Stane Štefančič, the director of Genis, explained.

Cloud computing services Alcloud anticipate a new chapter in B2B. „By introducing accredited services and the service of electronic exchange, users of e-Business establish in Alcloud a comprehensive paperless system for internal business as well as for external processes, namely, operations with business partners,“ Igor Zorko, the director of ZZI, said. The presentation of offered services for legislation accordant e-Business in Alcloud was followed by the forum on problems which Slovene companies face in introducing e-Business. During the forum, speakers Branko Hmelak, Stane Štefančič and Igor Zorko delivered answers to some current questions; for example, regarding the suitableness of the introduction of cloud computing, legislative challenges, organization preparation for e-Business as well as linking e-Business systems with transactional business systems.

In the second part of the meeting Modre oblačne storitve Alcad's experts presented cloud services business risk management and business reporting, with the emphasis on mobile business reporting and data analyses with the help of cloud services for data mining. The participants were also introduced to the leading infrastructure technologies for IBM SmartCloud which organizations can use for building private or public computer clouds.
